DMW Construction, San Diego, CA. Provided construction supervision on various building sites through out San Diego County, including the procurement of qualified sub-contractors and laborers. Highlights included the construction of the “Sail Loft and Spectator Viewing Areas” for the French and Spanish teams during the “America’s Cup ‘94 Challenger Series”

1/94 - 1/96
“The Green House” herb growers, Encinitas, CA. As General Contractor and on-site supervisor during the Tenant Improvement of a 30,000 sq. ft. “Shipping and Receiving” facility. I organized and inspected daily progress of 25 to 40 workers and sub-contractors.

J.Dean Construction, Rancho Santa Fe, CA. Developed 40 acre sub-division of 17 custom homes. I took this project through every aspect of development, including the construction of 5 of the homes, the smallest being 3,400 sq. ft

Robert McMullin & Son Construction, San Diego, CA. Carpenter on door crew during the remodel and retrofit of the “Anti-Submarine Warfare School”, and the construction of the 8 story “Bachelor Quarters” and parking structure at the United States Navy Submarine Base, San Diego, CA.

Haver Southwest Construction. Carpenter on the up grade of the two story “Chief Petty Officer’s” barraks, San Clemente Island, CA.
